Since 2000, I have taught self-administered techniques which help with issues such as:  fears, phobias, weight loss, addictions, traumas, grief, depression, scholastic improvement, and sports performance.  Thousands of individuals have benefited from this work.
In order to expose the work, I have presented monthly seminars for the past year at a local hotel.  Free presentations have been made at St. Gabriel Prison, massage schools, Adult Education, elementary and high schools, adult education teacher's conference, hospitals, nursing schools and health fairs. The work has been demonstrated to business and civic organizations including Rotary, Kiwanis and Women's Clubs.  Seminars have been given to wellness networks and medical schools.  I have given over 35 presentations traveling across Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Connecticut.  I also write articles to inform the general public and expand the awareness of alternative methods for spiritual, mental, physical and emotional health.
One of the focuses and pleasures of my work has been assisting students with test anxiety in preparation for the LEAP, ACT and GED tests.  Teaching coping skills to young students at an early age improves their lives on all levels.  Confident empowered youth creates a new drug free generation of productive adults.  Emotional baggage only gets heavier as we mature.  When I receive comments like "What I learned today will help me on the test and also in life", and "I learned how to make my body feel different when I feel depressed, emotional or can't concentrate," I know how important to society this is for this work to get into every classroom.
To support his effort, I have formed a new non-profit 501c3 educational organization, Changing Lives, INC , which will be dedicated to informing the public about self-administered drug free alternative methods.  I am looking for individual donors as well as corporate sponsors.
Many of you have had successful experiences with this work and I ask for your financial support and assistance in finding corporations and donors that will assist me in continuing these efforts.  I have absorbed all expenses to get this work out and I am planning a new year with the focus on education.  I need your help in soliciting funds or volunteering for committees.  To make tax-deductible donations, send check to

Mission Statement

Changing Lives is dedicated to enhancing the spiritual, mental, emotional and physical  aspects of our lives to achieve peak  performance in our personal, professional and recreational lives, while maintaining a high standard of excellence by energetic balancing of our subtle bodies using their  unique system.  Changing Lives is dedicated to gaining acceptance and use of their unique system  to increase the Life Force and Consciousness of mankind through advertising, articles, web site and  informational seminars.

Our vision is to work with young children,  teaching our self-administered techniques for helping them deal with the challenges of life.  This will allow our children  to have much more rewarding and fulfilling lives by not carrying the emotional baggage of their childhood traumatic events. 

Also, assisting adults to heal their childhood issues  to have much happier and healthier lives; spiritually, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
